Ranggada Interior offers a one-stop solution, handling everything from architectural and interior design to construction. Whether starting from a blank space or a renovation project, we manage the full process—including design, mechanical-electrical work, build execution, and on-site construction. We also work on public spaces such as restaurants, co-working spaces, retail stores, and hotels. Our in-house workshop enables us to create custom furniture tailored to each client’s design.

All deliverables are tender-ready for contractor submission.
Yes, we handle both partial and full renovations.
– Design & Quotation: 5–10 working days (depending on complexity and size)
– Construction (Office space): 6–12 weeks after deposit, depending on project size
– Design Fee: Based on agreement and project size (Design fee is waived if Ranggada Interior is selected as contractor)
– Term 1 (Deposit): 35% – Project begins
– Term 2: 35% – Upon 40% progress
– Term 3: 25% – Upon 75% progress
– Term 4 (Retention): 5% – Paid 30 days after handover (BAST)

Yes. We provide free initial consultations to understand your needs, space conditions, and project goals. This helps us tailor the design proposal to match your expectations and budget.
Yes, but changes during the process may affect the timeline and budget. All revisions will be discussed and documented before implementation.
Ranggada Interior does not handle permits such as IMB or SLF. Clients are responsible for securing necessary approvals. However, we can provide the required drawings or documents to support your application.
